ลองนึกภาพการใช้สายฉีดน้ำแรงดันสูงลงไป “ปั่น” ดินอ่อนใต้พื้นให้คลุกเคล้าเข้ากับน้ำปูนซีเมนต์ จนแข็งตัวกลายเป็นเสาคอนกรีตที่ซ่อนอยู่ใต้ดิน เสานี้เรียกว่า เสาเข็มดินซีเมนต์ (Soil-Cement Column) ซึ่งช่วยเพิ่มความสามารถในการรับน้ำหนักของชั้นดินได้อย่างมาก

Imagine sending a high-pressure jet underground to “blend” soft soil with cement grout until it hardens into a hidden concrete column. This is the Soil-Cement Column, and it dramatically increases the ground's load-bearing capacity.

ขั้นตอนการทำงานโดยสรุป

The process in brief

• เจาะนำลงดิน — ส่งก้านเจาะลงไปจนถึงชั้นดินอ่อนที่ต้องการเสริมความแข็งแรง
• Drill down — a rod is drilled to the soft layer that needs strengthening.
• ฉีดน้ำปูนแรงดันสูง — พ่นน้ำปูนผ่านหัวฉีดเล็ก ๆ ด้วยแรงดัน 150–400 บาร์ ตัดเซาะดินเดิมแล้วคลุกเคล้าเข้ากับปูน
• High-pressure jetting — grout sprays through small nozzles at 150–400 bar, cutting and mixing the soil.
• เกิดเป็นเสาดินซีเมนต์ — เมื่อหมุนและดึงก้านขึ้น ส่วนผสมจะแข็งตัวเป็นเสาทรงกระบอกที่รับน้ำหนักได้สูง
• A column forms — as the rod rotates and lifts, the mix hardens into a strong cylindrical column.
